We welcome messages of all types, whether it’s about the content of the site or you are looking for a long-lost ancestor or just want to get in touch with Geddington again.

Please scroll to the bottom of the messages to see the most recent message posted. It’s a fault of the WORDPRESS format that the latest messages aren’t at the top – sorry, nothing we can do about that!

The website committee,  Tony, Janet & Pam, look forward to hearing from you.

(Some editing may take place, but only if the change is based on space and taste.)

Grand to read the website whilst on a 9 weeks holiday in sunny Portugal, and able to catch up with Geddington! We managed to spend only an hour and a half on the Algarve but have very much enjoyed rural central Portugal. Perhaps the farmers might be interested in some of the livestock we’ve seen here.
Love to you all – Ian Spencer (and Mrs Kath Spencer)

Grand to hear from you, Ian! And 9 weeks in Portugal? Sounds wonderful, especially as there is a frost forecast for tonight and colder weather to come in November. Very best wishes to you both, Pam

Hello. Is anyone in the village a relative of Eva Patrick year of birth around 1900 or Arthur Patrick born late 1890s? Their father was a Mr W Patrick and they lived on Kettering Road in 1907. If you are able to help, please get in touch.

      Hello Sandra,
Thanks for your query, I hadn’t realised that there wasn’t a venue in the notice. The Afternoon Tea will be at The Old Dairy in Newton. It’s not a large village, so it will be easy to find.
